at Central Hall Rental Rates

Below are the basic rental rates for the Commons Event Center at Central Hall.

  • Commons Event Center Rental, includes basic sound system, tables and chairs, rental rate based on expected attendance:

    • Up to 49 people

      • Full Day $300 (non-profit rate $200)​

      • 3 Hours $200 (non-profit rate $100)

      • $75 per hour

    • Up to 50-99 people

      • Full Day $500 (non-profit rate $300)​

      • 3 Hours $300 (non-profit rate $200)

      • $100 per hour

    • Up to 100-199 people

      • Full Day $750 (non-profit rate $400)​

      • 3 Hours $300 (non-profit rate $200)

      • $100 per hour

    • 200+ people

      • Full Day $1,000 (non-profit rate $400)​

      • 3 Hours $300 (non-profit rate $200)

      • $100 per hour

  • Use of Commons Event Center Kitchen and Equipment: up to $100 per hour

  • Use of Commons Event Center Linens (tablecloths and napkins) $1 per person

  • Technical Fee for Lighting, Sound, Projection Equipment: $45/hour including set up /break down.

  • Cleaning Fee: $75 if the renter chooses not to clean up the rental space after their event.

  • Non-Profit Rate: Bona Fide 501(c)3 Non-Profit Entities will receive a 15% discount

  • The Center Coffee House is available to provide beverage services for your events at the Commons Event Center at Central Hall. We can help you arrange their services, or you can contact Lori Sharrow directly at
