Introduction to Meditation

6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Six 1-hour sessions on the background and practice of meditation for stress reduction and renewal . Beginners welcome, instruction given. Chairs will be used.  Bring cushion or meditation bench if preferred. 


$6 per class, no one will be turned away, donations accepted.
