This technique was created to help retrain our reactions to stressor that adversely affect our movement, coordination, and posture. The result is the ability to perform daily activities with a higher level of ease, less pain, and less effort in moving. It will assist you in retraining habitual patterns. It is a away to feel better and move in a more relaxed and comfortable what….the way nature intended. Workshop schdule Friday 5:30 p.m to 7 p.m // Saturday and Sunday November 23rd + 24th@ 9 a.m – 4 p.m.
